The upload and download speed refers to Bulgarian and international Internet.
Telephone numbers
With the ODSL mix service each client receives 2 telephone numbers from the numerical plan of
Orbitel for the respective town.
IP address
Every ODSL and ODSL mix package is provided with 1 real stationary IP address.
E-mail boxes
Every ODSL and ODSL mix package is provided with 31 e-mail boxes each with capacity of 100 MB.
- Access to the boxes - through POP3/IMAP/SMTP.
- Management through web interface.
Web hosting
Every ODSL and ODSL mix package is provided with 1 GB hard disk space of web hosting:
- Web based file manager.
- Possibility for use of program languages PHP, Perl and Python.
- MySQL databases.

WiFi
Upon activation of the service the client chooses whether to use WiFi access free of charge. Changing the WiFi password can be done upon sending an application to odslnoc@orbitel.bg.
Network Address Translation (NAT)
Every ODSL and ODSL mix package is provided with a router with configured NAT. The router is
provided free of charge for use during the term of the contract.
Invoices
Each client has online access to his/her invoices.
Call statistics
The real time online statistics contain information on the calls made. They can be traced on a daily, weekly, monthly and six months’ basis. There is an option to export the statistics in Excel.

Terms of use
The client must have:
- An activated telephone line (PSTN or ISDN BRI) with at least 1 issued bill for fixed voice telephone service from BTC.
- For ODSL mix – a telephone unit(s) with tonal dialing and adapter RG-11.
ОDSL and ODSL mix are not provided through twisted copper pairs:
- Sealed using PCM systems.
- Organized as duplex subscribers lines.
- Subscribers ports PRI and R2D.
Range of the offered speeds
The indicated access speeds for the respective ODSL packages are not guaranteed. Depending on the quality of the telephone pair of the client the speeds are offered in the following ranges.
