ODSL is a fast and stable internet access, which is convenient and easy to use. ODSL provides fast and reliable internet connection. The service is based on the proven ADSL technology, which utilizes the existing phone lines to your office.
What is ODSL mix?
ODSL mix is a combination of high-speed internet and telephone service. ODSL mix is based on the proven ADSL technology, which utilizes the existing phone lines to your office.

Is there a free trial period for ODSL and ODSL mix?
Free trial period is not provided for either service.
What is the term of the contract?
The standard term is one year.
What is needed to use ODSL/ODSL mix?
In order to use the service you need to have:
- Active telephone line (PSTN or ISDN BRI) with at least one paid telephone bill to the incumbent operator.
- For ODSL mix – telephone(s) with tone dialing and RG-11 cable jack.
What is the number and capacity of the mailboxes bundled with ODSL/ODSL mix?
With ODSL and ODSL mix you get for free 31 mailboxes each with 100 MB of storage capacity.
What types of calls are served by ODSL mix?
With ODSL mix you get local, national and international calls, including the Bulgarian mobile operators.
What is the voice tariff of ODSL mix?

Is there any available statistic for calls made through ODSL mix?
Yes. The service provides real-time online statistic. You get information for caller and called party, length, price per minute and price per call. All calls can be viewed on daily, weekly and monthly basis for the last 6 months. The statistic is also available for export to Excel.
How many telephone numbers provides ODSL mix?
ODSL mix provides two telephone numbers from the Orbitel number range in the city where it is installed.

What is time needed for installation of the service?
The standard installation time is up to 15 workdays from the signed contract.
Should BTC be contacted in in order to activate ODSL/ODSL mix?
No. Orbitel will take care for the whole activation process.

What are the payment methods for ODSL/ODSL mix?
You can pay by bank transfer and in cash in any Orbitel office.
Is there any fee that has to be paid to BTC connected with using ODSL mix?
The incumbent will not charge you anything because you are using ODSL mix. You will continue to pay to BTC only the telephone line subscription and any calls you make through their phone line.

There is no limit.
What is the IP address?
Each ODSL and ODSL mix package provides one real static IP address.
Do you provide reverse DNS resolving?

Do you provide port forwarding?
Yes. Send a request to odslnoc@orbitel.bg.
Do you provide WiFi?
During the installation the client chooses whether or not to use the free of charge WiFi access.
Can the WiFi password be changed?
To effect a password change send a request to odslnoc@orbitel.bg.
