Conference calls
Description
Conference calls is an addition to the service of Orbitel, which gives you the opportunity of making telephone calls with unlimited number of participants. The single thing you need for using this feature is a stationary or mobile phone.
The conference calls have three operation regimes according to the purposes of the particular conference you are conducting:
- Dialogue – all participants are equal in rights and can take part simultaneously
- Question and answer – the participants take in the conference by waiting for each other
- Presentation – the moderator leads the conference while the rest of the participants are just listeners
How does it work?
- Register
- You are receiving PIN codes for all participants in the conference call accordingly to the roles you gave them: moderator and users.
- You should inform the rest of the participants about their PIN codes; the telephone number they should call; the time of conference call start.
- Dial the PIN code – after calling the conference phone number you will get a voice message for tone code dialing.
- Conference start - the system urges each of the participants to pronounce his or her name by which he or she announces his/hers joining the conference.
