Fixed number portability

As of 01.07.2009 all customers of fixed-line telephony services have the chance to change their operator without changing the used numbers.

By the law Orbitel has to inform all company’s customers via a sound signal about the numbers that have changed the network of the operator and eventually the tariff plan. This sound warning is 3 seconds long during which the customers won’t be charged.
