Call Forward

About the service

If Call Forward is enabled, incoming calls to your number provided by Orbitel EAD will be automatically diverted to a number of your own choice.

Activation of Call Forward

To activate Call Forward, dial *21 followed by the number you want your incoming calls to be diverted to. Upon activation of Call Forward, your incoming calls will be diverted to the number you have provided until deactivation of the service.

Deactivation of Call Forward

To deactivate Call Forward, dial *211*. After deactivation, you will receive your incoming calls back on your regular number.

Call Forward check

To check whether your incoming calls are being diverted to another number, dial *212*.
