What is the space limit on your Eternal email?
The limit is 50 MB.

How can I check my email with you?
We offer you two ways of doing that:

Through a web-interface at http://mail.orbitel.bg
Through POP3/IMAP protocol with an email client such as Outlook (Express), Mozilla Thunderbird, The Bat, etc.

What are the necessary settings for POP3 access?
 

Incoming mail server (POP3):

pop3.orbitel.bg

Outgoing mail server (SMTP):

smtp.orbitel.bg

Account name:

full e-mail address

We highly recommend that you activate the “My outgoing server requires authentication” option.

Can I manage my mailboxes myself?
Yes. You can create, delete and manage your mailboxes through the following interface: http://vmail.orbitel.bg
