The Supreme Administrative Court established that Orbitel has not violated the bona fide business practice

A three-member panel of the Supreme Administrative Court ruled in favour of the new generation telecom, Orbitel, in the dispute for the comparative advertising between services of the company and the monopolistic telecom. The Supreme Court established that there is no violation in the company’s commercial about cheap business calls which has become popular as “the other Lyubo”, and cancelled the resolution of the Competition Protection Commission.
