The Financial Supervision Commission has confirmed the emission of bonds of “Spectar Net” AD

The approval precedes the sell of the bonds on the stock exchange

The Financial Supervision Commission prospectus for allowing to sale on regulated market of corporate bonds of “Spectar NetAD. The issue in question amounts to EUR 4,250,000, distributed in 4,250 ordinary, secured, interest bearing, dematerialized, registered, freely transferrable bonds. The nominal value is 1 000 EUR each with fixed interest percentage of 8,5 % on annual basis and interest payments on a 6-month period. The period of the bond loan is 60 months, as of 14 December 2009 with a due date on 15 December 2014.

The Commission has entered in its registry the bonds “Spectar NetAD as their issuer.

The application for allowing the emission for sale on the Stock Exchange has been filed today (Monday, 17 May 2010). The anticipated date when the bonds will be traded, is around 1st June 2010.

The bond loan is for financing the acquisition deal of Orbitel, which was finalized on 28th January 2010. The merge of the two companies lead to the forming of the largest telecommunication operator for the business in the country.
